PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a mounting position by using a subframe and a torsion bar type stabilizer without providing many bolt holes on the subframe when mounting the stabilizer on the subframe. SOLUTION: The stabilizer is passed through a through hole 5h. Through holes 6b and 7b for bolts are punched at both ends of a clamp member 3 holding the stabilizer. A difference of a distanceεis provided between a distance L1 from the through hole 7b for the bolt up to the through hole 5h and a distance L2 from the through hole 6b for the bolt up to the through hole 5h. Through holes 4c and 4d for bolts are punched in the subframe 4. When mounting the clamp member 3 on the subframe 4, the through holes 4c and 4d with each other are combined to be mutually reverse and are fastened with bolts 6 and 7, and thereby the mounting position of the stabilizer can be moved by a distanceε.
