PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the provision of a discomfortable feeling to an occupant by nasty smell components adhered to an evaporator while saving a fuel cost. SOLUTION: When a temperature TE on the rear side of an evaporator is below a wet-bulb temperature Twet, an elapsed time T0 after the delivered refrigerant flow of a compressor 231 is lowered to a specified flow or below is passed, an intermittent operation mode in which an intermittent refrigerant flow is increased more than a specified flow by a second elapsed specified time Ts for each elapsed time T0 is performed. On the other hand, when the temperature TE on the rear side of the evaporator is larger than the wet-bulb temperature Twet, the intermittent operation mode is stopped. Thus, since the speed of the lowering of the surface wet ratio of the evaporator 230 can be reduced, the dispersion of much nasty smell components adhered to the surface of the evaporator 230 to the inside of a cabin can be suppressed.
