PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill for a correction pen, which is excellent in solvent resistance, and which enables a correction fluid being a content and a remaining quantity thereof to be easily and visually recognized with time in use. SOLUTION: This refill 10 for the correction pen is composed of a single-layer structure or a multi-layered structure, housing the correction fluid containing at least methylcyclohexane as a main solvent, and a surface of an innermost layer, which is brought into contact with the correction fluid, is coated with a resin wherein at least one of resins with a main chain including a hydroxyl group is mixed. Preferably, the resin with the main chain including the hydroxyl group is polyvinyl alcohol, modified polyvinyl alcohol or an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
