<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and processing method, storage medium and program which provides a further precise processing result to an event in the real world, considering the real world in which data are acquired. <P>SOLUTION: An easy angle detection part 901 easily detects the angle of steadiness by use of correction from an input image. A determination part 902 connects a switch 903 to a terminal 903a when the easily determined angle is close to horizontal direction or vertical direction, and outputs the information of the easily determined angle to a regression angle detection part 904. The regression angle detection part 904 statistically detects and outputs the angle of steadiness. When the easily determined angle of steadiness is close to 45°, the determination part 902 connects the switch 903 to a terminal 903b.
