<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding method of wet gas which causes no change in pressure to consumable items (for example, a fuel cell) and by which an entire facility is constituted to be smaller in size. <P>SOLUTION: Intermediate vessels 36, 37 of a volume changeable type receive the wet gas from a wet gas producing device 63, and feed the wet gas to the consumable items 27 to 29. The vessels are provided between the wet gas producing device 63 which produces the wet gas continuously or intermittently and the consumable items 27 to 29 that use the wet gas.
