<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-insulated switchgear which is improved in insulation performance and simplified in structure. <P>SOLUTION: Valve-insulating cylinders 11a and 11b of a vacuum valve A are installed in a pressure vessel 21. A movable-side insulator 25 that encircles the conductive part of a movable-side current application shaft 16b outside the movable-side end plate 13b is installed, and one end of the movable-side insulator 25 is connected to the peripheral part of the outside of the movable-side end plate 13b, and the other end of movable-side insulator 25 is connected to a wall plate 28 within the pressure vessel 21. The operation rod 29 of an operation mechanism penetrates the inner wallboard 28b inside the other end of the movable-side insulator 25, to which the other end of the movable-side insulator 25 is connected. Bellows 31 for reduction of pressure difference, both whose ends are connected to the operation rod 29 and the inner side plate 28b, are provided, and an airtight chamber 32 is made of the bellows 18 for movement of the movable-side current application shaft, the inner face of the movable-side insulator 25, the bellows 31 for pressure difference reduction, etc. Then, the pressure vessel 21 in contact with the outside of the bulb insulating cylinders 11a and 11b is charged with high-pressure insulating gas, and the airtight chamber 32 is filled with a low-pressure insulating gas whose pressure exceeds the atmospheric pressure and is lower than the high-pressure insulating gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
