<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching valve capable of increasing the valve opening stroke of a valve operated by differential pressure in a small space, and reducing the pressure loss. <P>SOLUTION: A first valve is mounted between an inlet port 2 and a first outlet port 3, and a pilot valve is mounted between a back-pressure chamber of a movable plug 5 holding a valve seat 7 mounted oppositely to a valve seat 6 and the first outlet port 3 to be operated by a solenoid. A second valve is mounted between the inlet port 2 and a second outlet port 4 to communicate between a back-pressure chamber of a movable plug 25 holding a valve seat 26 mounted oppositely to a valve seat 24 and the first outlet port 3, and is opened by the differential pressure generated by closing the first valve. As the differential pressure does not exist, when the first valve is opened, the valve is closed by a spring 30, and a valve closing state is kept by the difference in pressure receiving areas after the first valve is closed.
