<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which does not give a user mistrust by minimizing a time lag from the time when the power is supplied until display data is outputted to an operating part as the entire system. <P>SOLUTION: Although an operating part control means 102 is made to control the operating part 109 regardless the time for supplying the power if external devices 1 to 3: 113 to 115 are not connected, the operating part control means 102 is made to control the operating part 109 when the power is supplied to a corresponding image forming device even though the external devices 1 to 3: 113 to 115 are connected. Meanwhile, the external devices 1 to 3: 113 to 115 are made to control the operating part 109 through a connection means 106 when a predetermined prescribed time passes to thereby be able to minimize the time lag from the time when the power is supplied until the display data is outputted to the operating part 109, preventing mistrust from being given to the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
