ARTICLE INFORMATION PROVIDING SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing a user visiting a real shop and interested in an article to easily obtain access information about acquisition of article information from a Web service at a low cost.

SOLUTION: When the user 4 visiting a shop transmits an article tag code attached to the article with a user ID from a portable user terminal 5 to a facility side device 3 arranged in the shop, the facility side device 3 transmits an electronic tag including an article code of the article desired by the user 4 to the portable user terminal 5 and records the transmitted electronic tag in association with the received user ID. The portable user terminal 5 stores the electronic tag transmitted from the facility side device 3. The user 4 uses the portable user terminal 5 or a stationary user terminal 6 to access a service center 1 via a network 8 for transmitting the article code in the electronic tag. The service center 1 provides article information matching the received article code via a network 8.
