PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert molding machine constituted so as to certainly locate an insert member at every molding by elastically supporting the installation stand of the insert member by a spring and directly pushing down the installation stand by a movable mold. SOLUTION: The insert molding machine is composed of a fixed mold having a stand receiving recessed part provided thereto adjacent to the cavity formed to the upper surface of the mold, the freely openable and closable movable mold provided above the fixed mold and having a locating pin provided to the under surface facing to the recessed part thereof, the support device provided on the moving plate provided outside the molds so as to be elastically pressed in a state freely movable up and down by a spring and the installation stand attached to the leading end of the arm of the support device so as to be made freely accessible to the gap between both molds at the time of mold opening and inserting the insert member, which is directly pushed down at the time of mold clamping by the movable mold to be fitted in the recessed part and set at a predetermined place, into the cavity to fix the same.
