PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high strength mortar prevented from decrease in flowability and capable of forming a hardened body having over 100 N/mm<SP>2</SP>compression strength. SOLUTION: The high strength mortar is a mortar paste composed of clinker fine aggregate for low heat cement, cement selected from silica fume cement, low heat Portland cement and middle heat Portland cement, high performance AE water reducing agent and water and the volume ratio (Pj) of excess paste to the bulk volume of the fine aggregate is≥0.30. In the clinker aggregate material for low heat cement, CaO/(SiO<SB>2</SB>+Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>+Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>) is preferably 1.85-2.20 and the content of f.CaO is preferably≤1.1 wt.%.
