PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube device for outputting an X-ray with a ray quantity suitable for fluoroscopic radiography over a long time. SOLUTION: An X-ray tube device 1 disposes small-focal point filaments 72, 73 on both sides of a large-focal point filament 71 so as to make distances from a center of the filament 71 become nearly equal, and the inclined angles between converging electrodes 70b 70c surrounding the respective filaments 72, 73, and a cathode main body 7a are made nearly equal with each other within a rage of 20-40°.
