PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical switch device in which the turning of a mirror is easily controlled in a short period of time. SOLUTION: Four electrodes 102, 103, 104 and 105 are so arranged to enclose the central part of the mirror 115 in a region in which the mirror 115 is projected on an electrode plane, a pair of two electrodes which are oppositely arranged at the center of the mirror 115 are formed into a line symmetry with respect to a straight line which is equivalent to the turning axis of a movable frame projected on a plane, and the other pair of two electrodes 103 and 105 are formed into a line symmetry with respect to a straight line which is equivalent to the turning axis of the mirror projected on a plane.
