摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a display quality from being deteriorated even when input video data are altered. SOLUTION: A data driving circuit of a matrix type display device alternates a first process of outputting a display signal to a pixel array N times (N: a natural number of≥2) and a second process of outputting a blanking signal M times (M: a natural number smaller than N). A scanning driving circuit alternates a first selecting process of sequentially selecting every Y rows (Y: a natural number smaller than N/M) in the first process and a second selecting process of sequentially selecting very Z rows (Z: a natural number larger than N/M) other than (Y×N) rows selected in the first selecting process; and N display signal outputs in the first process and M display signal outputs in the second process are sent out in response to cycles obtained by equally dividing N horizontal scanning cycles which are sequentially output into (N+M).
