PARTITION MEMBER AND PARTITION METHOD OF TANK FOR HEAT EXCHANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely set the dimensional tolerance of slits and partition members when dividing a partition chamber into a plurality of compartments by inserting the partition member into a tank from the slits. SOLUTION: A flexible part 30 is formed over a tank contact surface part 29 of a partition part 27 from the tank contact surface part 29 of a partition part 26 for constituting the partition member 25. An end part of a partition chamber inside inserting part 28 is dashed against an inner surface of a groove part 24 of a partition wall 19 by displacing the partition chamber inside inserting part 28 continuously connected to the tank contact surface part 29 in the mutually approaching direction by displacing the mutual tank contact surface parts 29 in the mutually approaching direction by flexing this flexible part 30. Thus, the dimensional tolerance setting of the slits 21 and 22 and the partition member 25 can be widely secured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
