PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative braking device having a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A hydraulic circuit is formed such that the pressure of the pressure oil supplied from a hydraulic pump 23 is reduced by means of a variable pressure reducing valve 22, and the oil is supplied into an oil chamber 15 within a brake case 11. The negative braking device is formed such that the brake is released by supplying the pressure oil into the oil chamber 15 and is operated by shutting off the pressure oil. A return spring 27 is connected to a brake pedal 24. When the brake pedal 24 is not operated, the pusher 25 of the pressure reducing valve 22 is pushed in by the spring force of the return spring 27 and the secondary pressure P is maximized, and the brake is released. When the brake pedal 24 is pushed, the pusher 25 is drawn out and the secondary pressure P is lowered, and the brake is operated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
