PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a methacrylic resin composition showing excellent impact resistance, slip nature and delustering property, and suitable as a coating layer for a laminate. SOLUTION: The above features are attained by the methacrylic resin composition consisting of a methacrylic resin (A), acrylic multilayer-structured polymer particles (B), and silicone fine particles (C) having a mean particle size of 0.2-20μm and by the laminate having a layer consisting of the methacrylic resin composition.
