PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot switch device which has simple constitution, relives burden on an worker, is movable in an arbitrary direction and easily attachable to an existing foot switch device later. SOLUTION: Roller members 14 which are freely movable in an arbitrary direction are attached on both sides of a foot switch box in which foot switches 22, 23 are housed and an elastic member 17 is interposed between the roller member 14 and the foot switch box 12. When the foot switches 22, 23 are not operated, the switch box 12 is raised from the ground and when the foot switches 22, 23 are operated, the bottom surface of the switch box 12 is brought into contact with the ground by the weight of the worker S.
