Disclosed are compounds of formula (I), wherein: R1 is selected from H and optionally substituted alkyl, R2a and R2b are independently H, halogen, hydroxyl, cyano, optionally substituted alkyl, alkylthio, alkylsulfinyl, alkylsulfonyl, or alkoxy, R3 is alkyl, and R4 and R5 are independently halogen. The compounds are used in the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of conditions mediated by alpha Lbeta 2 adhesion.
