PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone derivative especially preferably applied to a field of a cosmetic, a drug, an unregulated drug or the like, and capable of stably gelatinizing an oil component (a liquid oil component such as a dimethylpolysiloxane and a cyclic silicone) without being limited by other formulated components. SOLUTION: The silicone derivative is represented by general formulas (I-1) or (I-2) (wherein, R1is a group represented by formula (II); R2is a 4-30C alkyl group; and m is an integer of 2-200).
