<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable image forming apparatus capable of stably supplying toner without applying an excessive load to a toner stirring motor and a stirring/feeding member without complicating the image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus comprises: a developing roller 3 to supply the toner to an electrostatic latent image formed on a photoreceptor; a toner cartridge 1 to store the toner supplied to the developing roller 3; the stirring/feeding member 6 disposed in the toner cartridge 1 and to stir and feed the toner; and a driving means to drive the stirring/feeding member 6. In the image forming apparatus, the stirring/feeding member 6 is provided with: a sheet member 8 to stir and feed the toner; and a stirring/rotating member 7 to stir the toner and also to rotate the sheet member 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
