摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion electrolyte material which is superior in ion conductivity, electrochemically stable in the high electric potential, and furthermore enables to stop lowering of the electric capacity even if charging and discharging are repeated, and is superior in the electrochemical characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: Alkaline metal salt and alkaline earth metal salt are provided with an anion expressed in general formula (1); (in the formula, X expresses at least one element selected from B, C, N, O, Al, Si, P, S, As and Se. M<SP>1</SP>and M<SP>2</SP>express an organic coupling group, each being the same or different. Z<SP>1</SP>and Z<SP>2</SP>represent a cyano group or fluorinated alkyl group, each being the same or different. Q expresses an organic group. a is an integer of 1 or more, and b, c, d and e are integer of zero or more).
