PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a protein product in simple production processes.

SOLUTION: This method for producing the protein product, comprising adding a protein 12 capable of forming a hydrogel by the irradiation of electron beams to a liquid 11 such as water to solidify the protein solution 14, is characterized by pouring the protein solution 14 into a mold 13 and then irradiating the mold 13 with electron beams to sterilize the mold 13 and the protein solution 14 and simultaneously solidify the protein solution 14.
