<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sauce for stick-cut vegetables having good adhesion, easy to eat when putting on stick-cut vegetables, excellent in splitting property, and so designed that the periphery of a pushout opening is hard to become dirty. <P>SOLUTION: The sauce for stick-cut vegetables comprises starch, pickled plant buds, water and a seasoned mixture, and contains 20-45 wt.% of the pickled plant buds having a viscosity of 5,000-25,000cP (centipoise), 30 mesh on (mesh opening 600 μm) and 6 mesh path (mesh opening 3,350 μm). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
