<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilized soybean milk having imparted thickened feeling, and to provide a soybean milk product containing the sterilized soybean milk. <P>SOLUTION: The sterilized soybean milk is obtained by a process comprising reacting a protein-crosslinking enzyme with the soybean milk or a soybean raw material in a production process of the soybean milk, and subjecting the reacted product to sterilization treatment.
