<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a possessions control method that can control a possession logically and that can search for its physical location electronically. <P>SOLUTION: A storage component for storing possession identifying information and a possession identifying information transmitter having a wireless communication function component for sending the information are attached to possessions respectively, the possessions stored in various positions of a storing location within a local area are communicated to a sensor placed closely to the positions, and from the sensor, the possession identifying information and storage position information of each of the possessions are collected periodically, those pieces of information are stored on a database on a regular basis, and when the user in the local area takes a possession out of its storage location, the user uses it and puts it back to the storage location, the usage history record of the possession is stored on the database based on deletion and re-registration of the possession identifying information of the possession from the database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
