<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the providing of information or a service related to the position of a mobile terminal and to enable the regular providing of the latest information or service reflecting a user's request by accumulating or updating the information or service in an information center as needed. <P>SOLUTION: In this system, the mobile terminal 4 comprises a position information detection means 41 for detecting its position information, a position information transmitting means 52 for transmitting the detected position information to the information center 5, and an upload data transmitting means 43 for transmitting the information or service related to the position information to the information center 5.
