PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational vibration absorbing device of an internal combustion engine capable of being easily and inexpensively mounted between the internal combustion engine and a transmission. SOLUTION: In this device for absorbing the rotational vibration of the internal combustion engine, in particular, the internal combustion engine for a passenger car, and being effective between the internal combustion engine and the transmission, an input shaft 6 acting between the internal combustion engine 1 and the transmission 5, and a driving shaft 7 of the transmission 5 operationally connected with the input shaft 6 are respectively formed as easily twistable torsion bar springs 10, 11, and the input shaft 6 and the drive shaft 7 are provided with rotating mass devices 12, 13.
