PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment which efficiently cools heating elements while preventing an increase in the cost and increase in power consumption. SOLUTION: Equipment is provided with a cooling means 10 cooling the heating elements 3, 4 and 5 incorporated in a casing 2. The cooling means 10 is provided with an outer air introduction hole 6 arranged in an outer peripheral part of the casing 2, a venting duct 7 whose one end is connected to the outer air introduction hole 6 and other end is installed in the casing 2, and a fan member 8 which is arranged on the other end side of the venting duct 7 and in which a part of a valid suction and exhaust area faces an opening part 7a of the vending duct 7.
