PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly with a magnetic sensor (a normal/reverse detection sensor 15) molded on the outer periphery of a metal ring (an outer ring side seal ring 81) with a resin casing 17, being easy to be removed from a mounting location. SOLUTION: At a preset circumferential position of the resin casing 17, a hook portion 17b is provided on which a removing tool 40 is hooked to be used in removing the resin casing 17 from an outer ring member 2.
