PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional electrode structure of a piezoelectric device wherein it is difficult for obtaining a prescribed height of a conductive adhesive because the coated adhesive flows in every direction when the piezoelectric device is downsized resulting in narrowing a coating range of the conductive adhesive and the diameter of an adhesive injecting hole of an adhesive applying apparatus is regulated small and the viscosity of the adhesive proper to the hole diameter is regulated. SOLUTION: An electrode structure of a prescribed face in a recessed part 21 of a ceramic package 22 is configured such that a circular electrode 3b is provided to an adhesive coating place of an inner earth electrode 3a in the prescribed face in the recessed part 21, and a lead electrode 3c is extended from the electrode 3b and connected to other inner earth electrode 3a around the electrode 3b.
