PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peep preventive device for a display screen of a cellular phone which is inexpensive and easily manufacturable. SOLUTION: The peep preventive device is formed by sticking an optical film 5 having a peep preventive function to a front surface side of a transparent plastic plate 3 and sticking a release sheet 9 through a tacky adhesive layer to the rear surface side.
