PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool an objective component before a test, when testing the constitutional component related to a driving system of a vehicle executed in a stationary position. SOLUTION: Mist is generated in a mist generator 26 by bringing a liquid cooling medium such as water into fine particles. An air flow is formed by a vehicular wind speed fan 16, an intake fan 22 or the like, and the mist is fed to the component of the driving system of the cooling object by the air flow.
