摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the casing of a portable apparatus is made of magnesium material from the problems of lightness, strength and heat radiation, and the magnesium material is packed to a cavity part in a state where aluminum foil is arranged beforehand at the cavity part to form into the product part of a die for injection molding, and the packed magnesium material and pre-arranged aluminum foil are cast and joined, thereafter, the aluminum foil is subjected to coloring treatment to produce the casing, however the adhesion between the magnesium material and aluminum foil by the casting joining is weak and the joint between the magnesium material and aluminum foil is peeled as aresult. SOLUTION: The surface treatment method for a magnesium material comprises: an anodic oxidation treatment step wherein discharge is generated using a base material of magnesium or a magnesium alloy as an electrode of one side to form ruggedness on the surface of the base material; an aluminum layer forming step wherein an aluminum layer is formed on the rugged surface of the base material; an alumite treatment step wherein an alumite layer is formed on the aluminum layer; and a dyeing step wherein the alumite layer is dyed.
