PURPOSE: A power supply apparatus is provided to maintain a stable circuit operation by stabilizing an output voltage with respect to the transformation of an input voltage. CONSTITUTION: A power supply apparatus comprises a uni-junction transistor oscillating unit(12) for generating an oscillating signal when an over voltage or an over current is input, and inputting the generated oscillating signal to an RS-FF circuit unit(9); the RS-FF circuit unit for adjusting pulse sizes by resetting an over voltage or over current signal on the basis of the input oscillating signal, and passing the pulse wise adjusted signal to a rectifier controller(2); and the rectifier controller for generating the input over current or over voltage into a normal current or voltage by a wave rectifying operation, and inputting the normal current or voltage to a DC power smoothing unit(3).
