摘要 PURPOSE: A device for processing oxidized unshaped refractories in circular tap hole of blast furnace without impact is provided to process the unshaped refractories in an original shape without impact when removing oxidized refractories of the tap hole for tapping molten materials produced in the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a circular rotation body part of which a front end part(20) is opened in a hollow cylinder shape having the same outer diameter as size of outer diameter of the tap hole, a rear end part of which is closed, and which is rotated around a monolithic refractory part constructed in the circular tap hole; a circular rotation body center guiding support rod(30) fixed to the inner surface center of the circular rotation body part and projected more than the front end part of the circular rotation body part; a drilling part comprising a plural bit inserting holes(41) installed in a circumferential direction of the front end part of the circular rotation body part with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance, and bits(43) fixed to the bit inserting holes to drill monolithic refractories during rotation of the circular rotation body part; a discharge part for discharging the monolithic refractories drilled in the drilling part; a rotation transfer part mounted on a tap hole opener to rotate the circular rotation body part so that the rotation transfer part transfers rotary power of the tap hole opener to the circular rotation body part; a cooling part for preventing overheating of the drilling part; a drilling depth adjusting part inserted into the circular rotation body part to adjust drilling depth of the monolithic refractories; and a dismantling part comprising an opening bit which is formed in a star shape and inclined to a certain inclination angle so that size of the opening bit is increased as it goes from the front side to the rear side, and on star shaped apexes of which a plural cooling water injection ports are formed.
