PURPOSE: A flow control valve is provided to simplify the structure, reduce the manufacturing cost, and minimize the trouble and misoperation. CONSTITUTION: A flow control valve comprises a valve member(10), an adjusting member(20), a piston member(30), and a manual member(40). The valve member includes a rotation shaft(11) rotating left or right by a moving shaft; a valve main body(12) having a space in which the rotation shaft is inserted; a covering plate(13) fixed on the valve main body to prevent the separation of the rotation shaft; a solenoid valve(14) controlling the injection and withdrawal of an air in the space of the valve main body; and a discharging valve(15) discharging the air injected in the valve main body. The adjusting member includes a control unit(21) controlling the flow in a piping(1); a coupling shaft(22) coupled with the rotation shaft; and a coupling plate(23) fixed to a lower surface of the valve main body. Th piston member(30) includes a piston(31) rotating the rotation shaft and a piston chamber(32) in which the piston moves. The manual member includes rotating unit(41) coupled to the rotation shaft according to the rotation angle; a fixing unit(42) rotating or fixing the rotating unit; and a rotation wheel(43) supplying a rotation force to the rotating unit.
