METHOD FOR OPTIMIZING UDMA TRANSMISSION SIGNAL USING CRC ERROR, AND IMPROVING INTEGRITY OF UDMA TRANSMISSION SIGNAL

PURPOSE: A method for optimizing the UDMA(Ultra Dynamic Memory Access) transmission signal using a CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check) error is provided to optimize a UDMA transmission signal parameter operated regardless of a computer system by using a UDMA CRC error. CONSTITUTION: A parameter is selected, and data is transmitted between a storage and the computer by using the selected parameter(106). An error check is performed for checking the polluted data. If the polluted data is detected, the error is generated. A total error ratio is calculated for the parameter(108). A log for the total error ratio is generated(112). The second parameter is selected, and a process is returned for generating the log for the total error ratio of the second parameter(114). The parameter having the lowest total error ratio is selected(116). The data is transmitted between the storage and the computer by using the selected parameter(120).
