PURPOSE: A micro-cleaning tape for a display panel is provided to improve grinding efficiency by mixing the abrasive with polyurethane, to prevent pollution of the work piece by containing chips or foreign matters in the pocket grooves, and to cut down manufacturing cost by generating the second surface in grinding. CONSTITUTION: A grinding layer(3) is integrally formed in a micro-cleaning tape(1) by spreading and drying polyurethane(4) mixed with an abrasive(5) on the upper part of a support film(2). The abrasive particles are mixed with polyurethane, and composed of cerium oxide, crystal and aluminum oxide particles. Pocket grooves(6) are formed unevenly and deeply in the grinding layer of the micro-cleaning tape. The thickness of the grinding layer is formed to be 6 to 10 times as large as the thickness of the support film. The pocket groove is formed to be deeper than the second surface formed in grinding the upper part of the grinding layer.
