PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a further precise processing result to an event in the real world.

SOLUTION: A data steadiness detection part 101 detects the steadiness of data corresponding to the lacked steadiness of a real-world image of an input image, to which the real-world image having a first dimensionality is projected, and which has a second dimensionality smaller than the first dimensionality with the partially lacked steadiness of the real-world image. A real world estimation part 102 estimates a real-world image by estimating the lacked steadiness of the real-world image based on the steadiness of the data detected by the detection part 101. This invention is applicable to an image processing device for outputting an output image having a higher resolution, compared with an input image.
