<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water- and oil-repellent aqueous composition having excellent water and oil repellency, slight ending phenomenon, excellent stability of a processing bath and preservation stability of the composition and exhibiting excellent effects on foam suppressing properties. <P>SOLUTION: The water- and oil-repellent aqueous composition comprises a fluorine water and oil repellent (A), an emulsion (B) containing a paraffin wax (e.g. the paraffin wax having 50-70°C melting point and ≤20 penetration at 25°C) and a carboxy group-containing polyethylene (e.g. the carboxy group-containing polyethylene having 90-135°C melting point and 10-30 mg KOH/g acid value) and an organic acid (C). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
