<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display unit for providing three kinds of information on places on the periphery of a course for a user of a navigation system by solving problems by appropriately expressing general information and conditional information included in place information. <P>SOLUTION: This unit comprises a movable body connected to an information network capable of providing various kinds of information via a wireless channel and an information providing server connected to the information network via a communication channel.
