PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selection circuit for selecting and outputting a signal in response to a switching signal from a plurality of input signals and carrying out signal switching without causing glitch noise. SOLUTION: When a switching signal comparison means 30 detects a change in a switching signal 61, a selection circuit control means 50 issues an output signal stop instruction to an output signal stop means 40. After the stop of an output signal by the output signal stop means 40 is confirmed, the selection circuit control means 50 issues a switching signal fetch instruction to a switching signal latch means 20. After the switching signal latch means 20 fetches the switching signal and the switching signal comparison means 30 confirms coincidence between the switching signal 61 and an internal switching signal 21, the selection circuit control means 50 issues an output signal restoration instruction to the output signal stop means 40 to resume the operation of an output signal 62.
