PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a page screen display device allowing a user to smoothly read a page screen of a link destination by look-ahead processing, and to provide a page screen display method for the device. SOLUTION: This page screen display device has: a page display processing part 10 executing a look-ahead process to link information prior to the indication of the display of the page screen shown by the link information; a look-ahead setting part 12 setting a keyword for selecting a link description that is a target of the look-ahead process; a keyword retrieval part 13 retrieving the link information including the link description corresponding to the keyword from page information; and a look-ahead control part 14 indicating the execution of the look-ahead process to the link information detected by the keyword retrieval part to the page display processing part.
