PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent retaining liquid drops discharged from an injection head from being drawn and adhering to a target by static electricity. SOLUTION: This liquid injection device discharging liquid drops to the target is provided with a feeding device separating a target from a plurality of targets and feeding the same, an injection head discharging liquid drops at a recording part which carries out recording on the target separated and fed by the feeding device and passing through a transporting passage, and a static electricity removing part arranged between the feeding device and the recording part in the transporting passage with opposing to a record surface side of the target.
