HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION USING HEAVY OIL ASH CONTAINING CARBON BLACK AND HYDRAULIC MATERIALS SUCH AS SILICA AND ALUMINA

PURPOSE: Provided is a hydraulic composition having excellent color development, strength and durability by using heavy oil ash containing carbon black and hydraulic materials such as silica and alumina. CONSTITUTION: The hydraulic composition comprises 5-60wt.% of heavy oil ash generated from steam power plants or boilers, 40-95wt.% of cement, and optionally 100-400pts.wt.(based on 100pts.wt. of hydraulic composition) of fine aggregate. Also, additives such as CaCO3, Fe, and fast setting cement are added to the composition for initial workability and durability. The heavy oil ash containing a large quantity of carbon replaces carbon black or iron oxide used as black pigments for hydraulic composition.
