PURPOSE: A pen for a lottery ticket having a lot casting function is provided to allow a lottery ticker buyer to select digits to be marked on the lottery ticket fast and easily, to maximize a probability of winning in the lottery and to eliminate inconvenience of having to use a separate scraping tool. CONSTITUTION: The pen for a lottery ticket having a lot casting function comprises: a main body(1) having a transparent tube(5) formed at its upper portion, a plurality of digit printing portions(6) each having multiple digits printed thereon, a plurality of cutting portions(12) that are cut lengthwise inside the transparent tube(5); a plurality of balls(7) formed in a space(13) of the transparent tube(5) and inserted into the cutting portions(12), a penpoint(9) provided at its bottom and an upper cap(3) connected to its upper end and having an insertion unit(4); a pen lid(2) having a clip(10) and a lottery ball(11), the clip(10) formed at the outer circumference of the pen lid(2) and inserted into the main body(1); and a scraper(14) formed by extending the clip(10) at a lower end of the pen lid(2).
