<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable compact bio-sensor chip. <P>SOLUTION: This bio-sensor chip 1 or the like is provided at least with an immobilization substrate 2 provided with a detection surface 21 surface-treated to immobilize a substance D for detection, an opposed substrate 3 arranged to be opposed to the immobilization substrate 2 with a prescribed space and provided with electrodes 5 (5a-5d) in a position opposed to the detection surface 21, and a reaction zone 4 for providing a field for an interactive reaction action between the substance D for the detection under the condition immobilized onto the detection surface 21 and a target substance T in a gap area between the immobilization substrate 2 and the opposed substrate 3, in order to detect the condition of the interactive reaction action of the target substance T to the substance D for the detection under the condition immobilized onto the detection surface 21 portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
