<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure syringe which efficiently injects a medical fluid to a desired tissue. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure syringe consists of: a first grip 1 screwed with a nozzle N1 where a syringe needle 4 of a length which reaches the inside of the tissue inner than a subcutaneous fatty layer is stuck or integrally molded or a nozzle N2 screwed with a changeable syringe needle 5; a second grip 2 rotating and sliding relative to the first grip 1 for sucking the medical fluid into the nozzle 1 or the nozzle N2; and a release button 3 for advancing a piston 9 in the nozzle N1 or the nozzle N2 at high speed.
