PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner which withstands mechanical stress and can be securely fixed in a broad temperature region, and to provide a fixing device and image forming apparatus suitably usable for the toner. SOLUTION: The resin component of the toner is mainly composed of a polyester resin. The polyester resin contains: a block polyester mainly composed of a block copolymer; and a noncrystalline polyester having the crystallinity lower than that of the block polyester. The block polyester has: a crystalline block formed by condensing an alcohol component and a carboxylic acid component; and a non-crystalline block having crystallinity lower than that of the crystalline block. When the weight average molecular weight of the block polyester is defined as Mw(B) and the weight average molecular weight of the noncrystalline polyester as Mw(A), the following relations are satisfied: 4≤Mw(B)/Mw(A)≤12 and 1x10<SP>4</SP>≤Mw(B)3x10<SP>4</SP>.
